Each go through a magnificent arc of development throughout the entire series of 4 released books so far. You just can’t help but love or feel something towards any/all of them. Now while the world is marvelous, the characters are nothing short of amazing. “We follow the codes not because they bring gain, but because we loathe the people we would otherwise become.” He steadily introduces you to all of it - which brings me back to how thankful I am for the generous number of pages. Whether it’s the world’s history, politics, religions, traditions, characters, family trees, magic systems … etc. Nothing is left out and I believe that once again this is one of Sanderson’s strong points not a single detail eludes him, eventually every question you might possibly have will be answered. In parallel to the thickness of the books, the world is rich with details and depth. ![]() It kick’s off on a high note and keeps on rising from there on, taking you from one plot twist to the next without a blink. ![]() From prologue to end, you are transported into this world of war, battles, storms, Knight radiants, Kingdoms, shard blades and more. On the contrary, the more you read, the more you find yourself thankful for that. Reading these books, you don’t feel how big they are. ![]()
